History
ZF Construction was started by industry veteran Ed Zimmerman and Greg Falk with the sole purpose to build Senior Housing properties. With Zimmerman’s vast experience in the construction industry and Falk’s Senior Housing expertise they are well positioned to take advantage of the growing demographics in the Senior Housing space.
